Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at w1nnursclub@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please do not send returns without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Digital products or gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Used or damaged items (not due to shipping issues)
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before returning.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at w1nnursclub@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will ensure it is resolved promptly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original, once approved, and place a new order separately.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
